Chester Race Company offers a range of Wedding venues to suit your exact requirements.
Chester Race Course is ideally located close and set in thirty acres of breathtaking grounds and flanked by the River Dee, near to the centre of Chester and with excellent transport links throughout the North West. The County Stand, Leverhulme Stand (1st and 2nd floor) and Paddock Rooms are all licensed for Civil Ceremonies.
The Pavilion Suite
This is our largest function suite situated on the Ground Floor with access into the Paddock and Parade ring for your photographs. The Pavilion Suite boasts its own bar and is flooded with natural daylight. The room is tastefully decorated and is fully air-conditioned. The maximum capacity would be 500 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and up to 650 guests for an evening reception party.

Built in 1994 in honour of Chester’s Chairman, Lord Leverhulme, this stand is arranged over three floors and has spectacular views over the whole Racecourse, as well as its own cloakroom and bar facilities. The ground floor accommodates up to 120 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 160 guests for an evening reception. Whilst the first and second floors offer stylishly decorated private boxes, perfect for a more intimate celebration and these can be opened up to provide a room with stunning views for your Wedding ceremony.

Overlooking the Parade Ring and the Winners Enclosure, we offer a choice of five Paddock Rooms – each providing a superb venue for small weddings and celebrations. By removing the partitions between each room, up to 100 for a sit down Wedding Breakfast or 160 evening reception guests can be accommodated.

Offering spectacular views over the Racecourse, the Long Room provides an outstanding venue for weddings. With the high ceiling atrium, terrace area, long bar and stretching windows overlooking the Final Furlong, the room is perfect for showing off the wonderful views. Accommodating up to 200 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and 300 for an evening reception. There are also 15 private boxes, stylishly decorated, again perfect for a more intimate celebration.

The Turf
Fresh, modern and the ideal setting for a traditional wedding breakfast in an alternative surrounding. The Turf is located on the ground floor and can also be used in conjunction with the Concourse Room or Long Room. Catering for up to 120 guests for a Wedding Breakfast and 160 for evening reception party.
