Our menu price includes three course set menu, freshly ground coffee, speciality teas and chocolates - see sample menu below:

Pressing of ham hock and black pudding, escabiche of pickled vegetables, sweet mustard dressing
Ballontine of salmon with soft herbs, Wirral watercress, horseradish crème fraiche
Pressed terrine of chicken ‘Caesar’, baby gem and parmesan
Pant-Ys-Gawn goats cheese, black olive and sea salt croute, Mediterranean vegetable salad (v)
Warm confit duck, Asian vegetable salad, crisp angel hair noodles, and soy glaze
Main Courses
Roast rump of Conwy lamb, fondant potato, minted local pod vegetables, candied shallot and thyme juices
Breast of Goosnargh chicken, Tarporley new potatoes, English bean and tomato salad, watercress and lemon oil
Red onion, garlic and thyme ‘tarte tatin’, glazed goats’ cheese, rocket salad and red wine syrup (V)
Braised Vale of Clwyd beef shin, horseradish mashed potatoes, root vegetables and red wine jus
Roast fillet of cod ‘saltimbocca’, crushed potatoes, and oven roasted tomato, watercress salad and herb dressing
