Canapés and Bowl Food Menus
Canapés
We are able to offer several styles of service; from the traditional waiter offering from a tray to theatre style service areas where your guests can come up to different themed stations to see what is on offer, see sample menus below:
Classic Canapés
Premier Canapés
Larger canapés giving a more substantial experience. Can be added to the end of an evening event as a late supper
- Fish & chips, beer batter & sea salt
- Lamb kofta, red onion, fresh mint yoghurt
- Roast Vale of Clwyd beef, Yorkshire pudding, caramelised onions
- Grilled seafood brochette, saffron aioli
Hot Bowl Food
As with the canapés we can either serve this by moving through your guests with large trays with a selection of appetising bowl food or we can create ‘stalls’ each specialising in a flavour of food.
- 8 hour braised shin of Welsh beef, horseradish mashed potatoes
- Greek salad, roasted vine tomatoes, marinated feta & black olives
- ‘Coq au vin’ creamed potato
- Braised belly of Cheshire pork, choucroute & Toulouse sausage
- Crisp confit duck, cassoulet of haricot beans, herbed crumbs
- Seared fillet of tuna Nicoise, shallot & balsamic
