We have an array of options for you to choose from when you wish your event to be in a more relaxed style of buffet service.
We can tailor make any package for you adding starters, desserts, large natural slates of fresh & exotic fruits, cheeses all in either buffet style or as individually plated items
Our chef will always look to what is in season at the time of your event
Tiered Buffets
This tiered buffet is a concept whereby the entire buffet is placed in the centre on each individual table on a two-tiered ‘lazy Susan’, with the hot dish being served on a separate platter. The idea is for guests to help themselves from the revolving central buffet without leaving their table.
Served with crusty breads, full buffet selection of seafood and shellfish, cold roasted meats, salads and a hot dish such as Confit of Goosnargh duck, braised red cabbage or pot roasted collar of Welsh pork, stuffed with black pudding, sage and onion. The package includes freshly ground coffee, speciality teas and chocolates
Grand Buffets
A much larger version of a wall buffet with decorated platters of seafood & shellfish, Cheshire hams, rare beef and seasonal salads. This can then be added to with a choice of hot buffet dishes, a carvery of traditional roasted sirloin of beef or even a theatre style char grill with Thai chicken, skewered king prawns. There is also a display of desserts, tarts & fresh berries alongside a selection of local & artisanal cheeses
Hot Buffet
A buffet consisting of hot dishes served to your guests as they come up to the buffet table. Usually a hot dish & an appropriate accompanying vegetable dish alongside bowls of salad, crusty bread & appropriate garnishes & sauces
As with any of the buffet options you can add starters, desserts or cheese in either a buffet style or individually plated
An even less formal style of buffet which can work equally well as a light lunch, early evening drinks reception or as the evening part of your wedding reception
