Our experienced Catering Team can offer you a truly bespoke dining experience, with menus specifically tailored around your organisation, guests and theme of your event.  Imaginative, inspiring and accommodating any of your guests' special dietary requests, your menus will be created by our team of award winning chefs. 

We are committed to the provenance of our food & take great care in sourcing the best local, seasonal produce available from farmers & producers who care as passionately as we do about food  We have a larder to be very proud of in Cheshire & the surrounding region and we are striving to bring you the best of seasonal local produce for your event:

Summer; Oakmere asparagus, Wyre Marsh samphire, west coast crab, Delamere strawberries
Autumn; Grosvenor estate venison, Wirral watercress, line caught sea bass
Winter; Manx scallops, Eaton estate partridge, candy beetroot
